At Vara Building we pride our customers referring and returning to us due to their good
experiences from the build to handover. Everyone will have small items after construction,
and all issues we fixed within a matter of days. Vara Building has always been fair and
courteous. Our construction managers, Foz, will work with all the way down to matching the
countertops with the floor coverings. Vara building prides itself on customer satisfaction, the
best price, and the best quality overall. Our job is to ensure your pleased with your new
home or extension. We want your experience with Vara Building to be an excellent one.
Starting with our contract, to the building phase, we will make sure we are there to answer
any of your questions when the home or extension is being built. We are there to problem
solve, answering questions or phone calls and make you feel you could call anytime. Our
aim is to ensure when you build a new home or an extension with us, it’s hassle free.
BUILDERS MAINTENANCE RENTAL WORK
Owning rental properties is a fantastic investment and a great source of regular income. As builders we specialise in the transformation of the property ready for sale. We can provide a cost-effective face lift that enables to assist to maximise the result on the sale of the property.
Everything from facelift to Kitchens, bathrooms, floor coverings, painting, general
maintenance issues to bring the property ready for sale. Many times, customers may not have the ready cash to facelift the home, this is where we can help.
